School Projects

This was a group project with Maya Zelazny-Medina, Emma Foster, Christopher Draveck, and myself in which we redesigned the Fedder building to be mixed use space. This project emphasized building code and life safety compliance.

In this project, I developed a brand and designed a store location. My brand was Rochester Scents or ROSE. This company focuses on "using all-natural ingredients to create an interactive scent experience that’s good for people and the environment.”

Using the GLG Lounge design, I created a set of contract documents. For this project, I added an additional level which included toilet rooms, another café space, two additional streaming rooms, and more general gaming space.

The Great Lakes Gaming Lounges (GLG) is an eSports company founded by two RIT students. This is a proposed design for their first physical lounge which will be located on the 22nd floor of Innovation Square in downtown Rochester.

In this project, I designed an new office space for the fictional company NEXT in Atlanta, Georgia.

Water's Edge is a proposed restaurant design for the Delmonte Hotel Group located in downtown Rochester, New York.

In this project, our class created a neighborhood located in Vastra Hamnen, Sweden. Each student was tasked with creating a mixed used building considering the cultural convergence of Sweden and Syria in the area.
